Kaz's surgery and recovery fund

This is an urgent post.

On June 10th, A Japanese person named Kazuya Sasaki (commonly known as Kaz), who is doing business in Bacolod, which is next to Silay, Negros Island where I live, and Pampanga, where there used to be Clark US military base, was seriously injured because of a traffic accident in the Philippines.

He was hit by an ambulance. As a result, he suffered an open fracture in three places on his left foot and a ligament tear on his right foot. What's more, he banged his head and was temporarily unconscious.

Fortunately, he regained consciousness and the emergency surgery on his left leg was completed. However, the symptoms of concussion still remain and require follow-up for CT scan. On June 23rd, he will have to re-operate his legs.

If you live in the Philippines, as you know well, such a serious injury will cost you a lot of money in this country. The amount required to treat Kaz is estimated at US$15,000 ~ 18,000. The insurance limit he holds is US$2,000, which is simply not enough.

The clinic run by Kaz has been closed for a long time due to Corona's damage in recent months. He faced this accident while he was in financial trouble. So now he has no choice but to use crowdfunding to raise money.

To tell the truth, I have no acquaintance with Kaz, and I do not know his age or the family living with him. By chance, my friend in Cebu shared a group post on Facebook on her timeline, so I knew Kaz's plight.

However, as a same Japanese living in thePhilippines, I cannot ignore his tragedy. So I shared information on this blog as if it could be useful for him.

If you agree with the purpose of this funding, please give Kaz a helping hand even if a small amount.
